ClearGov is a rapidly growing SaaS company that offers a complete planning, budgeting and financial reporting suite to help local governments plan, budget and report better. We’re seeking an Implementation Manager with strong project management expertise to lead structured, client-facing SaaS implementations from kickoff through adoption.
Requirements
- PMP certification
- 3–5 years of project management experience leading SaaS implementations or complex client-facing projects
- Demonstrated success leading multiple concurrent implementation projects with competing priorities and firm deadlines
- Strong experience in scope management, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and timeline accountability
- Ability to drive projects forward while managing client expectations and internal dependencies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
