Implementation Project Manager

We are seeking a Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementations across North America, with a focus on client-facing delivery and management of timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Project Management / Implementation roles
• Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS implementations end-to-end
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (consultants, technical teams, architects) and client stakeholders
• Strong experience in risk mitigation and issue resolution, multi-project management and prioritisation, and Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
