Implementation Project Manager

We are seeking a Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementations across North America. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on end-to-end delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Project Management / Implementation roles
• Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS implementations end-to-end
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, client stakeholders and executive communication
• Risk mitigation and issue resolution experience
• Multi-project management and prioritisation experience
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint
