We are seeking a Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementations across North America. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on end-to-end delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Project Management / Implementation roles
- Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS implementations end-to-end
- Experience managing: Cross-functional teams (consultants, technical teams, architects) Client stakeholders and executive communication
- Strong experience in: Risk mitigation and issue resolution Multi-project management and prioritisation
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Proficiency in: Microsoft Project (or equivalent) Excel (tracking, reporting) PowerPoint (presentations)
- Experience with EHSQ, compliance, or safety/quality systems
- Background in regulated industries (e.g. manufacturing, energy)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools
