Implementation Project Manager

We are seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementations across North America. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on end-to-end delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Project Management / Implementation roles
• Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS implementations end-to-end
• Experience managing: Cross-functional teams (consultants, technical teams, architects), Client stakeholders and executive communication
• Strong experience in: Risk mitigation and issue resolution, Multi-project management and prioritisation
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Proficiency in: Microsoft Project (or equivalent), Excel (tracking, reporting), PowerPoint (presentations)
