DevOps Lead

Role Overview

ClearRoute is an engineering consultancy that helps enterprises bring high-impact digital products to market faster, cheaper, and safer. We're looking for a Senior DevOps leader to own the end-to-end delivery pipeline and toolchain governance across our agentic development programme.

What You Will Do

Define and own CI/CD pipeline standards, design and implement governance frameworks for developer desktop AI tools, integrate delivery workflows with GitHub-based skills marketplace, and embed automated testing and security scanning into delivery pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven DevOps leadership across multiple teams in an enterprise environment
• Advanced GitHub Actions experience
• Strong AWS DevOps experience
• Demonstrable experience governing developer tooling
• Security and compliance integration within CI/CD pipelines
