Job Description
ClearSource is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and make a real difference. The role goes beyond resolving concerns — it’s about delivering a premium level of service that reflects the elegance and care our customers expect.
Requirements
- At least High School Diploma or equivalent.
- With a minimum of 2+ years in retail customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle high-end or VIP customers.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and online communication platforms.
- Must pass a Typing Test (minimum 60 WPM).
- Willing to work in a work onsite set up
