Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support day-to-day operational IT support for Clearway Health. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field and 1-3 years of experience in IT support or service desk environments.

Requirements

• Execute end-to-end employee onboarding
• Perform secure and timely employee offboarding
• Fulfill and manage application access requests
• Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and access issues
• Serve as first-line support for approved external client-facing applications
• Maintain accurate documentation for onboarding/offboarding procedures
• Track and manage IT assets, inventory, and service desk tickets
