Environmental Engineer

We are seeking an Environmental Engineer to ensure day-to-day facility compliance for the taconite processing plant and the active surface mine site at the Babbitt Mine Site. The successful candidate will perform field and office work, travel between mine and plant sites, and communicate with employees, management, and outside agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering related field required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead or assist in various environmental permitting efforts
• Ability to manage and interpret data
• Strong teamwork and individual problem-solving skills
