Shift Manager Maintenance

Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opening for Shift Manager Maintenance at Hibbing Taconite in Hibbing, MN. As a Shift Manager, you will direct and coordinate safe production at the Plant. They will be responsible for coordinating daily activities in the operation site, supervising hourly crews and improving overall efficiency by proper utilization of the resources and all their components.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in technical field or equivalent
• 3-5 years of recent experience at a mining/mineral processing facility or heavy industry, preferably in a unionized environment
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills such as team building and conflict resolution
• Ability to motivate, delegate, establish, and work in a collaborative environment
