Customer Experience Intern

Join the Customer Experience team at Click&Boat, a rental platform product of Boats Group, as a Customer Experience Intern in Barcelona. As a key point of contact for users, you will handle inquiries, resolve disputes, and improve user experience through customer support and assistance.

Requirements

• Fluent English and fluent speaker of one of the following: French, German, or Spanish
• People skills, able to help others and solve problems
• Resilient and solution-oriented, able to stay calm under pressure
• Organized and adaptable, able to work during summer season
• Attention to detail, able to pay attention to small things
• Situational awareness and concise communication, able to quickly summarize complex situations
