Customer Experience Intern - Spanish

We are hiring Customer Experience interns to join a dynamic team in our Barcelona office and continue building a world-class, creative organization by finding the best talent for our incredible culture. As a Customer Experience intern, you will be the first point of contact for Click&Boat’s users (owners and tenants) via email and phone, handling inquiries before, during, and after boat rentals. Your main tasks will include facilitating communication, managing booking modifications, handling urgent cases, and improving user experience.

Requirements

• Be native or bilingual in Spanish and speak fluently English
• Have some customer-facing experience (e.g., internship, volunteer work, or student job)
• Be able to handle difficult conversations and stay calm under pressure
• Respect working hours without difficulty, especially during the summer season
