Job Description
Click&Boat is hiring a Customer Experience Intern - French to join the Customer Success team in Barcelona. The intern will be the first point of contact for Click&Boat's users via email and phone, handling inquiries before, during, and after boat rentals. The intern will facilitate communication, manage booking modifications, handle urgent cases, and improve user experience through customer support and assistance.

- Language Skills: Native or bilingual in French and fluent in English
- People Skills: Customer-facing experience or ability to help others
