Requirements

• Ideally 2 - 4 PQE (UK notional), commonwealth qualified
• Demonstrated expertise in transactional work within one or more of the following areas: general banking, infrastructure/project finance, leveraged finance, restructuring, asset finance, or structured finance
• Ability to collaborate effectively across jurisdictions
• Strong academic credentials and a track record of delivering high-quality legal advice
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-performing team
• Proactive approach to business development, client relationship management, and broader commercial initiatives
• Dedication to ongoing professional growth, with enthusiasm for mentoring and supporting colleagues
