Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic lawyer to join our Global Financial Markets practice in Perth, providing comprehensive services to borrowers, advisers, and other intermediaries on the full spectrum of financial products across multiple sectors.
Requirements
- Ideally 2 - 4 PQE (UK notional), commonwealth qualified
- Demonstrated expertise in transactional work within one or more of the following areas: general banking, infrastructure/project finance, leveraged finance, restructuring, asset finance, or structured finance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across jurisdictions, providing clients with global perspective, local knowledge, and up-to-date industry insights.
