Senior Associate, Funds & Investment Management, Sydney

We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Associate to join our Sydney Funds & Investment Management practice, advising the establishment and offering of private funds, including advising managers on the structuring, marketing and ongoing management of such funds.

Requirements

• 6–9+ years' post-qualification experience in investment funds or funds-focused corporate work
• Australian qualified preferred, other common-law qualified candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
• Trained and/or practising at a top-tier or international law firm, with strong exposure to sophisticated funds work
• Demonstrated experience advising fund managers and institutional clients
• Strong drafting skills and commercial judgment, with the ability to run matters day-to-day
• Confident communicator with a collaborative working style
• Interest in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to a growing practice
