Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Associate-level funds lawyer to join our Corporate Funds team in Sydney on a 12-month fixed term contract, providing key coverage during a parental leave period.
Requirements
- UK notional 3+ PQE in investment funds, private equity, corporate
- Strong experience in fund formation, structuring and fund documentation, including private fund offerings.
- Experience advising on investor negotiations, transfers and secondaries.
- Exposure to fund-related M&A, co-investments, joint ventures, or broader corporate transactional work advantageous.
- Strong technical skills, attention to detail and ability to run workstreams with appropriate supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capability.
