Requirements
- 2-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with consistent quota attainment
- Experience selling into mid-market or lower-enterprise customers, ideally with exposure to professional services or regulated industries
- Strong consultative selling skills—able to diagnose customer needs, tailor messaging, and articulate ROI
- Ability to navigate unstructured segments and accurately identify the key stakeholders within each organization
- Experience managing multi-threaded deals, typically involving leadership at all levels
- High proficiency with CRM tools, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
