Senior Solutions Engineering Manager

Cloudflare is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team and manage sales life cycle and technical activities for customers in Canada. The role requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and business acumen to grow the account base and provide value to customers and prospects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or another related field or its equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with internet technologies / protocols and / or cloud technologies
• Minimum 3 year of team lead/team management experience
• Experience managing opportunity sales cycles and identifying technical proof activities
• Demonstrated operations and organization skills implementation and driving best practices with cross functional organizations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven track record of successfully building collaboration around important initiatives.
• Successful track record of working and influencing matrixed organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present technical and business related subjects to all audiences.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and customer focus.
