Senior Solutions Engineering Manager

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. We're looking for a Senior Solutions Engineering Manager to manage a cross-functional team and grow our account base. The role requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and business acumen, as well as experience with internet technologies and protocols.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or another related field or its equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with internet technologies / protocols and / or cloud technologies
• Minimum 3 year of team lead/team management experience
• Experience managing opportunity sales cycles and identifying technical proof activities
• Demonstrated operations and organization skills implementation and driving best practices with cross functional organizations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven track record of successfully building collaboration around important initiatives.
• Successful track record of working and influencing matrixed organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present technical and business related subjects to all audiences.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and customer focus.
