Manage benefits brokers, vendors & carrier representative relationships, design and implement global programs, manage US annual renewals, and oversee US compliance filings and audits.
Requirements
- Global Benefits Experience: Experience designing, implementing, or managing global benefits programs across multiple countries.
- Vendor & Broker Management: Experience managing benefits vendors and brokers, including renewals and negotiations.
- Benefits Administration: Experience with open enrollment, benefits renewals, and program administration.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to support benefits strategy and operations.
- Process & Systems: Experience improving benefits processes and working with HRIS or benefits platforms.
