Job Description
Join Clover's small and nimble legal team as a Senior Litigation & Product Counsel, responsible for managing disputes with healthcare providers and vendors, and partnering with the business to proactively manage litigation/regulatory risk across various areas.
Requirements
- J.D degree from an accredited law school
- At least four years of litigation, investigations, and/or product counseling experience at a large law firm
- Experience working with health insurance clients, especially in the managed care space, and familiarity with the AKS, FCA, and CMS regulations
