Senior Counsel

Become a part of our caring community and advise on complex, cross-functional matters as a Senior Counsel for Humana's senior-focused primary care operations. Focus on providing guidance on new programs and initiatives, drafting and negotiating value-based arrangements, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from a ABA accredited school law school
• 5+ years of legal experience in the health care industry, including direct experience counseling health care providers
• Active membership in a state bar association
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently under general supervision and in team settings
• Ability to work in a complex organization with clients at all levels of the company, including senior leadership
