Prenuvo is looking for a Senior Counsel - Litigation & Employment to join their legal team and contribute to their mission of making a meaningful impact on preventative health. The role will involve managing the company's full litigation portfolio, serving as the go-to legal partner for the People & Culture team, and reducing risk across a fast-scaling, multi-jurisdictional healthcare business.
Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school (or equivalent legal qualification from a jurisdiction where Prenuvo operates)
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one US state
- 7+ years of legal experience in litigation (healthcare liability experience required) and employment law
- Demonstrated experience managing outside counsel, including strategy, budget, and performance
- Experience advising on employee relations matters, conducting or overseeing workplace investigations, and drafting employment policies
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders
