Requirements

• Leadership of site managers and construction managers
• Planning, design, digitalization, structuring, and optimization of work processes
• Order processing and timeliness with a focus on HSEQ
• Site inspections and documentation
• Ensuring construction site results, performance tracking, and timely invoicing
• Regular contact with specialist departments of contract partners
• Collaboration with internal company departments
• Customer acquisition, offer preparation, contract negotiation, and management
• Reporting
