Individual contributor responsible for managing, developing, and analyzing a complex book of business in underwriting, with technical expertise and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum eight years underwriting experience
- Advanced technical expertise, underwriting skill, and high level of knowledge of insurance and underwriting principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creativity in resolving unique and challenging business problems
