Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Labour Relations Advisor to provide direction and support in labour relations, labour legislation interpretation, collective agreement application, and labour policies. The successful candidate will have a human resources education degree or diploma, with a specialization in Labour Relations, and 7+ years of LR/HR related work experience.
Requirements
- Human Resources education degree or diploma, with a specialization in Labour Relations
- 7+ years of LR/HR related work experience
- Working knowledge of Employment Standards and Federal Labour relations practices for Alberta
- Experience working with the complexities of unionized work environment
