Job Description
Finning Canada is hiring a permanent, full-time Labour Relations Advisor to work closely with business leaders, HR representatives, and union representatives across multiple regions and business units.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in human resources management, labour relations management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years progressive experience in human resources, coupled with a minimum of 3 years working in a unionized environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and comfortable navigating in HRIS
- Knowledge of pertinent legislation and case law
- HR designation (CPHR) or significant progress towards completion considered an asset
