Bakery Manager - Full Time

The Humboldt Co-operative is seeking a Full-Time Bakery/Deli Manager to lead the team and manage the department in accordance with company policies and expectations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years retail experience
• 2-3 years experience managing/supervising others
• Previous retail management, and/or bakery experience is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and ability to manage computer files efficiently
• Effective interpersonal, leadership and communications skills
• Motivation and ability to work in a busy environment
• Effective planning, organization and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain relationships outside of the organization that support the organization
• Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do
