Coastal Villages Region Fund is a nonprofit organization that owns and operates fishing vessels in the Bering Sea, harvesting pollock, crab, and cod to support the economic and social well‑being of 20 coastal communities in Alaska. This on-call position supports CVRF's Community Service Center by providing aluminum boat repairs, fabrication, and customer service. The role involves interacting with the public, facilitating shop and bunk room rentals, and maintaining technical knowledge. Reporting directly to the Region Mechanic/Welder Manager.
