Job Description
This on-call position supports Community Service Center operations by providing aluminum boat repairs, customizations, and small engine work. The role involves interacting with the public, requesting shop and bunk room rentals, performing repairs, and maintaining technical knowledge. The position requires working within a dedicated shop/welding environment.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous welding and fabrication experience
- Certification (a plus)
- Ability to represent the company professionally
- Coastal Villages Region Fund's zero tolerance Drug and Alcohol Policy
- Acceptable background and reference check results
