Account Executive (Remote - North America)

CoderPad is looking for an Account Executive to join their sales team in North America. The role involves engaging key Talent Acquisition and Engineering stakeholders, identifying technical hiring challenges, and driving the CoderPad value proposition for target accounts.

Requirements

• 2-4 years+ in SaaS sales positions, with at least 2 years as an Account Executive
• A hunter mindset & entrepreneurial spirit!
• Ability to operate with ambiguity, test and define new ideas and engage executive buyers with innovative ideas and solutions
• A team-player who brings positivity and a lot of energy to the team
• Proficiency with SalesForce CRM. Gong & Apollo is a plus
