The Controller will report directly to the CFO and will come in contact with extremely sensitive and highly confidential information.
Job Description
The Controller will oversee all finance, accounting, and reporting activities, leading the day-to-day finance operations of a $50 million operating budget and supervising a team. Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills are required, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with Solomon and Paycom Payroll.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 10 years progressive experience in accounting and managing a finance department
- Knowledge of HRSA, Medicare, Medicaid, HSNO, and Uniform Guidance
- Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Experience with major auditing firm is preferred
- Knowledge of Solomon and Paycom Payroll required
