Our client is a French industrial group specializing in professional tools for construction, gardening, agriculture, and cleaning. We are recruiting a Sales Manager NORD to lead a team of 8 sales representatives and strengthen commercial performance in northern France.
Requirements
- Manage and develop national large accounts in the sector
- Increase market shares with targeted distributors (pro network / GSB / wholesale)
- Optimize product references with existing clients
- Ensure the follow-up and performance of national references
- Validate the weekly sales representative tours and control qualitative and quantitative results (zones, ranges, clients)
- Represent the company at national trade shows and with central authorities
- Organize your activity in Home Office and ensure the on-site support of the 8 sales representatives based in northern France
- Weekly travel to a zone covering 45 departments to accompany your team
