We are seeking a Care Partner to provide direct care to our residents, assist with activities of daily living, and promote independence and dignity.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current caregiver training/certification (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or the willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
- Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating our residents with dignity and respect
