Job Description
The Dining Room Manager will lead daily operations in our community’s restaurant, creating an incredible dining experience for residents and building lasting relationships with them. This role includes managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen team, accommodating special requests, and maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least four (4) years of full-cycle food service experience in an upscale dining environment is required.
- Two (2) years of supervisory or front-of-house/dining room management experience is preferred.
