EHS Manager

Coherent Corp. is a global leader in photonics, empowering innovators to shape the future with breakthrough technologies. The EHS Manager will have full responsibility for all site EHS activities, ensuring adherence to Swedish legislation, corporate standards, and ISO 14001/45001.

Requirements

• Senior-level EHS professional with strong experience leading EHS functions and management systems in complex environments
• University degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or equivalent
• Certified Fire Safety Manager (LSO) and Supervisor for Flammable Goods (LBE), or willingness to obtain
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Proven experience leading EHS programs in high-risk manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong expertise in occupational safety, fire safety, and environmental compliance, including audits, incident investigations, and authority interactions
• Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on, from planning through execution
