Requirements
- Senior-level EHS professional with strong experience leading EHS functions and management systems in complex environments.
- University degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or equivalent.
- Certified Fire Safety Manager (LSO) and Supervisor for Flammable Goods (LBE), or willingness to obtain.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
- Proven experience leading EHS programs in high-risk manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong expertise in occupational safety, fire safety, and environmental compliance, including audits, incident investigations, and authority interactions.
