Contract Manager

Role Overview

As a Contract Manager at Cohesity, you will work alongside an elite legal team to keep the systems, processes, playbooks, and templates that power our legal work running smoothly and getting better over time. You will have the chance to work on infrastructure management, hands-on administration of our contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform, and data and reporting.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day will span owning the day-to-day administration of our CLM platform, keeping it running smoothly and supporting the team in everything they do inside it. You will also keep the Transaction Legal Group informed and equipped through Team Enablement, and help maintain the Transaction Legal Group's SharePoint site, intranet presence, and other external-facing legal touchpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in contract management or a similar role within a legal department.
• Hands-on experience with CLM platforms and legal technology tools.
• Some practical experience using AI tools in a work context, with comfort exploring how AI can enhance your day-to-day.
• Reporting and data analytics experience.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple work streams and manage time efficiently.
