Job Description
The Chaplain is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), providing spiritual counseling and emotional support to patients and their families in a hospice setting. This RN-safe position is essential for maintaining a high-quality hospice program, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and demonstrating sensitivity to the patient experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited seminary or school of theology, or equivalent certification.
- Minimum two units of Clinical Pastoral Education (preferred, 1 year experience preferred).
- One year of hospice experience preferred (not required).
