Job Description
CSPNJ is looking for an Outreach Worker for Salem County to identify and support unsheltered homeless individuals through direct street outreach and connecting them to services and housing.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid NJ Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Experience providing peer support
- Knowledge of HMIS software
- Bilingual skills
- Lived Experience with mental health diagnoses or substance use
