Support Worker | Residential

This Support Worker position provides direct support to residents with psychiatric and/or substance use disabilities, aiming to enable independent living and support their potential. The role involves working in the field, developing service plans, advocating for residents, and participating in the care plan. It also includes on-call rotation and a pay rate of $19.23-$21.63 per hour.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a mental health related discipline (or High School Diploma/GED with related experience)
• Valid NJ Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Ability to write clear and concise progress notes
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy
• Exceptional time management skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Bilingual skills (a plus)
• Lived experience working with mental health/substance use challenges (a plus)
