Requirements

• Originate a diverse range of commercial real estate loans
• Develop and maintain strong lender, borrower, and capital partner relationships
• Provide expert advisory on complex financing structures
• Collaborate closely with Colliers International Real Estate Agents and cross-functional teams
• Analyze financial statements, cash flows, business plans, and market data
• Lead negotiations with clients and external lenders
• Monitor market trends, asset pricing, and risk factors
• Utilize technology and CRM tools to track pipeline and identify opportunities
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performing team culture
• Support special projects including portfolio valuations, investment research, and market intelligence analysis
