Job Description
As a Commercial Debt Advisor, the role involves analyzing due diligence and securing financing with external lenders to ensure a client-centered approach for commercial real estate transactions. The role is accountable to develop an effective internal and external network for acquiring successful prospects and to coordinate the client relationship for further revenue generation.
Requirements
- Originate a diverse range of commercial real estate loans
- Meet with clients and prospects to apply relationship selling and relationship expansion strategy
- Conduct due diligence to confirm that prospective investments meet underwriting criteria
- Review and analyze financial statements, cash flow and working capital position
- Prepare proposals and oversee external lenders negotiations relative to real estate loans and services
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and activity
