Production Analyst - Debt and Structured Finance

Colliers is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Production Analyst to analyze financial and supporting documents, underwrite financial models, create deal marketing materials, and recommend structured debt and equity financing to clients.

Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial real estate lending, brokerage, valuation, or development experience
• Multifamily debt production and/or underwriting highly preferred
• Familiarity with primary commercial real estate property types
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to review and analyze complex financial documents
• Broad intellectual curiosity
