Colorado Christian University seeks an Office Coordinator for the School of Music to support the Dean and faculty with daily management and operations of the SMU, coordinating logistics for major events, developing and managing course schedules, overseeing budgets, and supervising student workers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience in administrative or office support role
- Experience in music or theatre, either onstage or in a production/technical capacity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, events, and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in office software, and database management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional correspondence and stakeholder coordination
- Experience supporting teams, supervising student workers or staff, and coordinating workflows
