Operate as the primary point of contact for customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and implement cost-saving measures. Oversees customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit through activities such as cross and upselling.
Requirements
- Create, develop and close opportunities within respective region and prioritizing them in line with Sales strategy
- Keep and enhance customer portfolios by detecting up- and cross-selling opportunities
- Define and execute a compelling win-strategy for each opportunity
- Deliver and present industry leading proposals to IT Management and General Management of the customers
- Develop and build relationships at all levels of seniority within each existing account
- Ensure meaningful Account Development Plans are in place and updated frequently
- Achieve/overachieve personal booking and revenue targets
- Deliver reporting (pipeline, forecast, win-loss ratio) to manage achievement of booking and revenue targets
