Job Description
Colt is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow existing enterprise customer and/or business partner relationships, while identifying new growth opportunities within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will have a high level of independence, ownership, and initiative to drive opportunities forward in a lean, fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B IT or technology-related sales
- Business level in Japanese and English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing existing customer relationships and complex sales cycles
- Practical understanding of the SI business model and how system integrators work with end users
