Engineer/ Senior Engineer, Global Customer Assurance

Colt is changing the perception of its business and industry sector through the power of connectivity. We are growing new services and teams to facilitate and drive the business to the next level. The primary function of this role is to deliver front-line call handling, L1/L2 fault isolation, and proactive ticket management for Colt IP services.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in relevant domain/team, experience in global customer-facing/partner relationship environment
• A good understanding and proven troubleshooting experience in the following technologies: IPVPN, Internet Services and SDWAN services
• Experience on Nokia/ALU, Juniper and Cisco vendor equipment is preferred
• Good working knowledge of BGP, MPLS (L2, L3 VPN), SDWAN (Versa, etc.)
• Able to demonstrate capability to resolve incidents and enquiries
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Drive to achieve best in class customer service
• Ability to manage and support demanding customers
