Colt is looking for an Engineer/Sr. Engineer, Global Customer Assurance to deliver front-line call handling, L1/L2 fault isolation, and proactive ticket management for Colt IP services. The role requires a good understanding of IPVPN, Internet Services, and SDWAN services, and experience with Nokia, ALU, Juniper, and Cisco vendor equipment. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in a relevant domain/team and be able to demonstrate capability to resolve incidents and enquiries.
